PRICING GUIDE


20 lbs of trimmed, packaged beef with approximately 55% ground, stew/stir fry cuts and 45% Steaks and Roasts is $99.00.

Individual cattle have different weights so the pricing below is a guideline only. The amount listed below each price tries to reflect the approximate cost after factoring in a estimated 25% trimming loss during the final cutting. Our cattle are grass fed and so can move about their fields all day. This reduces the amount of heavy fat and therefore reduces the losses due to trimming. You pay for your portion of the hanging weight, and then the butcher makes your selection of cuts.
